Born in the Andes. Shaped by the sea. Carried across continents by curiosity. I’m a traveler, a storyteller, and a lifelong student of wonder. Welcome to the journey.

ABOUT THE JOURNEY

My story begins in Ecuador — in the mountains of Cotacachi, the streets of Ibarra, and the salt‑heavy air of the Galápagos. From there, life carried me to Connecticut, where a rooster crowed outside my window on Cat Rock Road and told me I was exactly where I needed to be.

Today I live in Rhode Island, exploring hidden trails, forgotten cemeteries, quiet rivers, and the small wonders that reveal themselves when you slow down enough to notice.

This site is where I gather the stories, photographs, and memories that shaped me — the wild, the quiet, the unexpected, and the unforgettable.

WHY I TRAVEL

Travel has never been about distance.
It has always been about becoming.

Every place I’ve walked has changed me — taught me, humbled me, expanded me.
This site is my way of honoring those places and the people who shaped the journey.

Why I Travel

STORIES & REFLECTIONS

I write to remember.
I write to understand.
I write to leave a trail for my children, my grandchildren, and anyone who finds meaning in the long, winding road of a life lived with curiosity.

I’m still exploring.
Still learning.
Still dreaming of that Martian beach.

Come walk a few miles with me.
